At Ascension Faith, every item is crafted with care and intention. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we offer returns under specific conditions outlined below.

🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

🚫 Non-Returnable Reasons

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind or personal preference after delivery

Please refer to our sizing guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

✅ Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped).
• You contact us within the 30-day window and provide photo evidence of the issue.

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at ascensionfaith20@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

💸 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
